Applied Remediation Solutions is a family, veteran owned company that has been around for 19 years.
The owner, Bob Philipps, is former US Army and was trained for detection and decontamination of NBC (Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical contamination), as part of the Advance Scout mission. After leaving the Army, this was an easy transition to the Restoration field as discipline attention to detail are required in both.
Having had a private business for many years as well as running a franchise Restoration company for 5 years, he is certified in all phases of damage restoration as well as home construction and remodeling. Our technicians are IICRC trained and have been working in the field for many years with the same pride and desire to provide the highest in customer satisfaction.
A.R.S. carries IICRC (International Institute for Cleaning and Restoration Certification) Certifications in Water Damage, Mold Remediation, Advanced Structural Drying, Fire/Soot, Odor, and Lead.
